Services for Virgie Lee (Vicars) Chandler, 82 of Muskogee, Oklahoma will be at 1 pm on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Gore, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 30, 1935 in Wichita Falls, Texas and passed away on June 28, 2018 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She was married to the love of her life, Armbis Levan Chandler on September 8, 1951 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He preceded her in death. Their love and devotion was an example for us all. She was a Phlebotomist for Bortis Kent in Muskogee and homemaker. She was loved and admired by her family and will be missed by all who knew her.

Survivors are:

1 daughter and son in law; Vanessa and Jimmie Rozell of Muskogee, OK

4 grandchildren; Audrey Rozell, Jami Rozell and wife, Maria Covington, Kimberly Heritage and husband, Devin and Jerry Downum

5 great grandchildren; Zoe, Gabriel, Maximus, Juliana and Miles

1 sister; Geneva

2 brothers; Ronnie and Mike

She was preceded in death by her husband, 1 daughter; Janet Phillips, 1 grandson; Jimmie Rozell Jr., her parents and several siblings

Viewing will be 3 - 8 pm Sunday at Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore, Oklahoma where the family will greet 3 - 5 pm.
