Lorri Gayle Tedder
A Loving Tribute to Lorri from her Family

Lorri Gayle White Tedder was born August 18, 1964 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Lewis G. White Jr. and Margaret Sullivan White. Her family lived in Muskogee, Tulsa, and eventually made their home in Porter, Oklahoma. Lorri attended Porter Schools and graduated in 1982. During her high school years, she was a rifle twirler, cheerleader, played sports and overall successful student. After graduation, she married her high school sweetheart, Gary H. Tedder. They had two daughters, Ashley Jordan Tedder and Courtney Rachelle Tedder. Lorri dedicated herself to her daughters. Friends and family alike always said "she is the best little mother".

At age 17, she went to work at Economy Pharmacy. She grew steadily as an employee and became a valued asset. Most of all she was so happy working there. She was offered an opportunity to go to college and become a pharmacist, which she wanted to do but did not work out at that time. Eventually she had an opportunity to go to work at Porter School. During those years she became a productive assistant to the superintendent. There were multiple superintendents during those years, all of which found her to be an assistant of many talents.

Lorri was tragically taken from us on Saturday, November 9, 2019. She was 55 years old.

Lorri is survived by her brother, Lewis G White III "Sonny", her mother Margaret White Rafter, her daughters Ashley Jordan Tedder Myers and Courtney Rachelle Tedder Vaughn, six grandchildren including Alexis Gabrielle Myers, Gavin Douglas Vaughn, Gage Austin Vaughn, Gabriel Ian Myers, Jack Kruz Keeling and Harper Anne Keeling. She adored her grandchildren and they loved to go visit "Mimi".

Life events changed Lorri's life. She eventually met Chris Barnes, who blended into her life and family as she blended into his. At the time of her death, they had shared a memorable fifteen years. She also leaves behind the Barnes family, many of whom cared for her deeply.

She will also be missed by scores of friends.

We love you with all our hearts to pieces!
