Earl Wayne (Ram) Butler joined his loving wife at the Pearly Gates on June 11, 2016 at 9:47 am after a several month long battle with numerous health issues. Ram was born to Minnie Bell McCoy and Perry Floyd Butler on September 13, 1947 in Bakersfield, California. He went on to have 3 children: Shannon Wayne, Wynema Lynn, and Tonya Ann. He later met and married his best friend and loving wife Nancy Sue Price and inherited and became the father to: Bobby, Anita, Boyd, Wade, Rena, Tommy, and Dee.

Ram was a loving and respected husband, father, and grandfather. He was a jack of all trades but most proudly he was a highly decorated Vet, having served in the Army from 1969-1975. His most notable honor was the Purple Heart. Ram is preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Doug, Junior, and John, sister: Coramae, 3 step children, and his wife.

Ram is survived by his brothers Red (Jean) Butler and Bill Butler, sisters Diane Hughes and Cleda (Billy) Raines, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A viewing is set for Monday June 13, 2016 from 10 am to 8 pm at Millsap Funeral Home in Fort Gibson. Funeral service is set for Tuesday June 14, 2016 at 10:00 am in the Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson under the direction of Millsap Funeral Home.
