Carol Lee (Smirl) Seals, age 83, passed from this life peacefully on March 8, 2022 at Aspen Health & Rehab in Broken Arrow, OK. She was born on June 19, 1938 in Vilonia, Arkansas to William and Ruby Smirl.
Carol grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas. While attending high school, she met the love of her life Billy Seals. They were married on January 2, 1955 in North Little Rock while Billy was in the Army.
Carol was an extremely talented artist and taught painting classes for several years. Carol was happiest when she was spending time with her family and loved attending her grandchildren's sporting events and school activities. She was affectionately known as "Nannie Carol" and will be remembered for her outgoing personality and great sense of humor.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Vicki Jo Seals, son Billy Seals II and great granddaughter Jentri Drain.
She is survived by her beloved husband of sixty-seven years Billy Seals of Wagoner, daughter Cindi Drain & son-in-law Gary of Muskogee, granddaughter Heather Bauman & husband Chad of Coweta, grandson Jared "Bubba" Drain & wife Shandi of Porter, granddaughters Ashley Seals and Jesse Seals of Tulsa, 3 great grandchildren Rylee Bauman, Jaxon Drain and Tynli Drain, numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
No memorial service has been planned.
