Grove, Oklahoma - Betty L Grigsby, 90, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 15, 2022 in Grove, OK. She was born on February 5, 1932 in Los Angeles, CA to her parents, Albin Swanson and Ada Stillwell-Swanson.

Betty worked many years and retired from Southwestern Bell. Her path in life was to be in the ministry. Betty attended and graduated with honors from LIFE Bible College and became an ordained minister. She was proud to finally be Reverend Grigsby. Rev. Betty L. Grigsby had ministered her own churches and was a missionary most of her early adult life. She was a very devoted believer in Jesus Christ her entire life. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Albin and Ada Swanson; her oldest daughter, Sandra Grigsby; and her sister, Shirley Swanson.

She is survived by her daughter, Hazel Crickett Heflin of Arizona; Son,

Richard Grigsby of Arizona; her brother, Gunnar Swanson of California; extended family and friends.

Betty's Celebration Of Life Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, 2:00pm, May 25, 2022 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 7600 Old Taft Rd., Muskogee, OK 74463. Betty's burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Muskogee, OK.
