Doris has been a resident of the Okay community since September of 1968 moving from Tulsa. She received her education in Niles, Kansas where she graduated. Doris was known for her faith and dedication to not only God but to her husband Carl B. Mustain, children and grandchildren. Carl and Doris were blessed to share sixty seven years of marriage together before her passing. She is a member of First Baptist Church Of Okay, a teacher by example of the word of God, having served as Sunday School secretary for many years. She adored all of her family, being a woman full of love, faith, honesty, compassion, integrity, dedication, faithful to God and others. Doris and Carl enjoyed the many adventures that they had together, from raising a family to running their own family businesses, Robins Roost Resort of Okay and Carpet Mart in Muskogee. She enjoyed life and all that life had to offer her. She loved going to church, music, working in the flower garden growing roses and azaleas, but most importantly she loved serving God, her family, and being able to spend time with them.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents George and Grace, four brothers, Darrel, Donald, Edward and Georgie Burt and sister, Stella Swindell.
