Sherry Aday Frame, 75, died peacefully on January 14th, surrounded by family. Sherry was born on November 21, 1942 and graduated from Checotah High School in 1960. Sherry worked professionally in a variety of positions including past Owner/Publisher of the Carnegie Herold. She retired in 2006 from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center having worked at both the Oklahoma City and Okmulgee campuses. An avid cook and sports fan, her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Despite many challenges along her life's journey, Sherry made life a celebration and she brought much love and laughter into this world with her lively spirit and good will.
Sherry is survived by daughter Angie Couch and her husband Brian Eaves; son Jeff Frame and his wife Dana Frame; sister Joyce Aday; brother Ron Aday and his wife Phila Chandler; brother Keith Aday; niece Kathy Aday Elbrink; nephew, Jon Aday; grandchildren include Bryce Couch, Regan Frame and Erin Frame; and many loving cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice. A Celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, January 18th at 2:00 p.m. (visitation at 1:00 p.m.) at Memorial Park Chapel in Muskogee Ok.
Funeral service arrangements are under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home in Muskogee.
