Sandy was born November 2, 1953 and was one of three children for Russell and Jean (Spink) Brockmeier of Forreston, Illinois. She was also an OR supervisor at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa and at Three Rivers Surgery Center in Muskogee, and a house shift supervisor at Tahlequah City Hospital until her retirement in 2014. Sandy enjoyed teaching Sunday School at Boulevard Christian Church several years. Her compassion and charm were what stood out most to those who knew her.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charley; and sister, Kim.
