Mark Edward Hamrick, age 63, from Wagoner passed away April 6, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. Mark was born January 30, 1954 to Charles and Virginia Hamrick in San Marcos, TX. He attended and graduated from Putnam City West High School. Mark received his Electrician License from Okmulgee Tech and went on to work for Grand River Dam Authority where he retired from after 30 years. On November 8, 1984 Mark was raised to his Master Mason Degree at Wagoner Lodge. On April 12, 1986 Mark became a Shriner at Bedouin Shrine Temple in Muskogee, OK. He was a member of the Bedouin Clowns, Iron Horse Patrol, Iron Horse Patrol Drill Team since 2009, ROJ Court 99, Bedouin Bandits, and served as Potentate in 1998. Mark currently served as the Treasurer of Bedouin Shrine Temple since 2011. He was also a member of Westville Chapter #449, Order of Eastern Star that he was very proud of. Mark's passion was helping take care of burnt and orthopedic children through Shriners Hospitals For Children. Mark was always known to make you laugh with his silly jokes and could make you smile when you didn't want to. He loved riding his Harley, camping, fishing, playing golf, gardening, doing handy man jobs, was a big OU fan, and spending time with his family and friends in Oklahoma and Texas. Once a year Mark and his dad would take a fishing trip that he always looked forward to. Mark leaves behind to cherish his memories, parents Charles & Virginia Hamrick of Oklahoma City; significant other Kathy Harr of the home; son Michael Hamrick of China; daughter Jaime Holdcroft of Wagoner; sister Brenda Lucero & husband Howard of Oklahoma City; nieces Valarie Lucero and Michelle Davis; nephew Andre Lucero; grandchildren Eliyahu and Gabriel Holdcroft, Haley Nail, and Mei Lee Hamrick; and many many friends. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Monday, April 10, 2017 at Bedouin Shrine Temple under the direction of Hibbs Funeral Home.
