Julia Anne Swearingen, 85, of Muskogee, died early Christmas Eve. She was born October 5, 1931 in Muskogee, where she received her normal education. Later they moved with her parents back to Muskogee. Anne worked for the Muskogee School System for many years. She enjoyed her time as manager of the Alice Robertson school cafeteria. After the passing of her first husband, Anne married Jiggs Swearingen of Chillicothe, IL. There, during retirement, she spent quality time with her new husband. After the loss of her second husband, Anne moved back home to Muskogee. Anne spent the remainder of her life enjoying time with her friends, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
