Judith Ann Gaultney of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Monday, March 20, 2017 at the age of 73 years, 10 months, and 4 days. She was born May 16, 1943 in Checotah, Oklahoma to Harry Cunningham Huskinson and Billie Virginia Shipman Huskinson. She attended Muskogee public schools where she graduated from Muskogee Central High School with the class of 1962.
Judith married Doyle Ray Gaultney in 1975 in Lawton, OK.
She worked for Oklahoma School for the Blind from which she retired in 1991 after many years of service.
Judith was of the Baptist faith. She will always be remembered for her love of animals and traveling, especially to New Orleans. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, and enjoyed lunch dates with her best friend, Susan Clark.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Billie Huskinson; and her sister, Carol Reece.
Judy is survived by her husband, Doyle Ray Gaultney; daughters, Terrie Campbell, Trina Bolles, both of Tulsa, and Raye Anne Wade of Muskogee; her son, Matthew Gaultney of the home; daughter-in-law, Amy Munsell of Tulsa; son-in-law, Kevin Wade of Muskogee; grandchildren, Miles Jackson and Sierra Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, Andrew Jackson, Milee Jackson, Madison Bolles, Mason Bolles, Jaden Munsell, Karis Wade, Sierra Wade, and Alexis Wade; great grandchild, Emersyn Jackson; and her favorite niece, Tracey Adair; along with other family members and friends who will miss her greatly.
Funeral services honoring Judy's life will be 10AM, Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Echols officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery with Miles Jackson, Leonard Jackson, Mason Bolles, Kevin Wade, Josh Adair, and Nicholas Jackson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Jackson and Charles Morrison.
