Jerry's Story

Jerry L. (Bud) Rowe, 65, of Hulbert, OK was born May 11, 1952 in Muskogee, OK to Lucille Rowe and Arlie Rowe and passed away January 25, 2018 at his home. Jerry achieved many goals in life. He graduated from Wagoner high school, and joined the United States Navy. He continued his education and graduated from Northeastern State University. Jerry married his high school sweetheart Loretta, and to this union four sons were born. He was the Postmaster in Muskogee, OK. Jerry was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge, 32nd degree Scottish Rite, Bedouin shrine, and many other civic organizations. Jerry loved fishing, hunting, and restoring old cars, but most of all he loved his wife, his sons, and grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, two brothers, and his grandson. Jerry is survived by his wife Loretta, his sons J.J., Kevin, Casey, and Jeremy. Jerry is also survived by eight grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the funeral home with family receiving friends 5PM-7PM.
A service celebrating Jerry's life will be held 12:30PM Wednesday, January 31,2018 in the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel where Masonic Rites will be observed.
Committal prayers and interment will follow in the Fort Gibson National Cemetery with full military honors.
