Jeanetta prepared the following letter for her friends and family to use as her obituary.
I was born to two loving parents, John Raymond Buse and Oma Sue Garland Buse on March 3, 1961 in Farmington, New Mexico. My parents both preceded me in death and were dearly missed. I attended Warner High School and graduated in 1979. I then graduated from Connors State College in 1981 and Northeastern Oklahoma State University with a degree in accounting in 1983.
I joined Armstrong Bank in 1983 and worked in multiple roles in the Warner and Muskogee locations until my death. This was my only employer.
I also owned an Angus cattle sales management firm for many years managing cattle sales. I was the Secretary-Treasurer of the Arkansas-Oklahoma Angus Association for over 20 years. I was a member of the American Angus Association, the Oklahoma Cattlewomen's Association, Arkansas-Oklahoma Angus Association, and the Muskogee County Cattlemen's Association. I loved showing my angus cattle at county and state fairs as a teen.
I loved Connors Cowboys baseball and the St. Louis Cardinals.
I loved all of you and thank you for all those great years. I am now rejoined with Mom and Dad, and all my wonderful horses, cattle, cats and dogs.
I want to thank my care givers over the past few months including Polly Moore, Carla Holland, Greg Holland, Kathi Webb, Carol Stacey, and Chris Ashworth. Special thanks to my R.N. nurse; Jennifer Gaddy; with New Century Hospice.
I am survived by my cousins Franklin D. Jones, Raymond "Buddy" Holder, Doris Crow, Deborah L. Buse, David Buse, Doug Buse, and Linda S. Hood.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Herriman, Kevin Howard, Victor Kostka, Steven Jennings, Perry Keith, Ken Silver, Tooter Silver, and Clue Anderson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Rains, Buddy Little, Jeep Hunnicutt, Chris Ashworth, Clay Collins, Greg Holland, Speck Plunkett, Billy Taylor, Ron Stewart, and Tex Stewart.
