Jay T. Parker, 39, of Owasso, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017. He was born November 15, 1977 to James Charles Parker and Patricia Ellen (O'Kelley) Parker in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated from Hilldale High School in 1996. He attended Connors State College and obtained his Associates Degree.
Jay was employed with Fowler Toyota in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a member of Muskogee First Baptist Church. Jay enjoyed playing golf, restoring furniture and he was an avid OU football fan. Jay will always be remembered for the love he shared with his family and friends, especially for the love of his daughter, Ruby, whom he adored. Father, brother, son, friend; he will be remembered by all who knew and loved him.
Jay was preceded in death by his father; grandmother, Beulah Ferguson; grandparents, Sam and Juanita O'Kelley; and cousin, Brent Hitch.
He is survived by his daughter, Ruby; mother, Patti; sister, Holly Hubbell and husband Kyle; niece, Reagan; nephew, Parker J.; aunts, Joanne and Sammy; numerous cousins, other family members and friends.
Jay's family will receive friends 5:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M., Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel.

A celebration of Jay's life will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, September 29, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Hight officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Scott Harder, Robert Rowland, Chris White, Nick Carlton, David Rowland, KJ Little, Daniel Hannon, Kelley Hitch, Damon Nunn and Charli Mosteller.
