Janet's Story

Text size

Janet Washington, 63, of Muskogee, went to heaven on November 6, 2016. She was born on September 25, 1953 in Claremore to Joseph and Wilma Rowena (Wolfe) Washington.
Janet attended Muskogee public schools and one year at Sequoyah High School. She enjoyed going to church and listening to gospel singing, especially creek hymns. She was very proud of her A- in chorus. She loves the Lord Jesus Christ, family and friends. She will be missed by everyone that she touched on this earth. She has a kind, loving heart and taught us the strength to live life fully even through illness. Janet's favorite bible verse is Phil 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
