Elouise's Story

Elouise A. Farmer, 84, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017. She was born February 21, 1933 to Howard C. and Mary Judy (Smith) Rhea in Garden City, Kansas.
She graduated from high school and enjoyed working in child care. She worked at her church and in a daycare.
Elouise married the love of her life, Jimmie Raymond Farmer, July 11, 1952. They enjoyed over 52 years of love, friendship and marriage together.
She was a member of the Church of Living Water for 28 years. She also had a passion for P.A.W.S. She served on the board and volunteered at several events.
Elouise was preceded in death by her husband Jimmie Raymond Farmer; parents Howard C. and Mary Judy Rhea; brother, Clifford A. Rhea; daughter, Dee Ann Farmer.
She is survived by her daughters, J. Elaine Chung of Coweta OK, and Nancy L. Johnson of Muskogee, OK; son, J. Wayne Farmer of Muskogee, OK; grandkids, Tracey M. Covert, Jennifer L. Johnson, Sandra K. Peterson, Caleb D. Chung, Rachael A. Chung, Johnathan R. Famer, Derrick M. Farmer; great-grandkids, Jonavin Johnson, Cory Peterson, Sophia Peterson, and Timothy Brooks; along with many friends and loved ones who will miss her dearly.
A celebration of Elouise's life will be held 1:00P.M., Saturday, April 14, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Reverend John Sokolis and Deacon Charlie officiating. Private Family interment.
