Eloise  Reed


Eloise Reed departed this life for her eternal home on Sept 6, 2019 surrounded by family and loved ones.
Eloise was born on October 8, 1922 in Lampasas, Texas.
She met the love of her life Dean In Feb, 1948. They were married a short 3 months later, creating a union that would last 53 years.
Eloise was proceeded in death by her husband, Dean, a son Jay Franklin, her twin sister Louise (Judge) Akins and a granddaughter Karrie Reed Major.
She is survived by children Sharon Pellham (David), Tim Reed (Robin), Rebecca Lockwood (Robert), Jill Callahan (Michael). Grandchildren Myriah, Rachel, Matthew, Dean, Tressa, Emilia and Annabel. Great grandchildren Elizabeth and Carter.
A special thanks to her wonderful caregivers Robbie, Crystal, Cryshana, Ramona, and Tracy.
Services are Tuesday 10am at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Chaplain Bill Crow officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Eloise believed the Lord left her "here so long so she could witness to people about Him." With that in our hearts, we ask that lieu of flowers, donations be to: Our Daily Bread Devotionals at ourdailybread.org.

Eloise was such a beautiful person, inside and out. I was blessed to know her and marveled at her loving and positive outlook on life each time I was with her. Prayers for my sweet friend, Jill and family. Your mother leaves a lasting legacy of love and grace to all who knew her♥️♥️
