David Wain Worth, 69, long time resident of Muskogee, OK, passed away on June 26, 2017.
David was born in Lincoln, AR, on August 16, 1947. After graduating from high school in Stilwell, OK, he joined the Air Force. David served as a Military Policeman and worked in the motor pool in Viet Nam. Upon his discharge from the service, David received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Psychology from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. David had several professions through the years but car sales was his true calling. He was passionate about cars. He loved working on them, rebuilding and restoring them, talking about them, and selling them. David loved to spend time with his family, entertaining them with his quick wit and silly sense of humor; and was an avid OU Football fan. During football season he could often be seen cheering, coaching, and yelling from his recliner in front of the television.
Left to honor David are his wife of 33 years, Jimmie; children, Catherine Parker (Reggie) of Muskogee, OK, David Jr. of Springfield, MO, Rick Worth (Michelle) of Owasso, Ben Worth (Jessica) of Skiatook, OK; granddaughters, Ashton, Kaylan, Autumn, and Landri; grandsons, Lincoln, Ledger, and Braven; siblings, Bob Worth (Zita) of Broken Arrow, OK, Marylin Doherty (Bob) of Coweta, OK, Shirley Card (Bob) of Sidney, OH, Dan Worth (Phyllis) of Hayward, CA, Ken Worth (Karen) of Oklahoma City, OK, and Darrell Worth (Pat) of Spokane, WA.
