On March 4, 2018, Adam Lee Van Nortwick, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, left this world at the young age of 33. Adam was born October 9, 1984, alongside his identical twin brother Kyle Joseph Van Nortwick, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Troy and Marjory Van Nortwick.
Adam graduated from Muskogee High School in May of 2004. Adam was widely know for his loud and outgoing personality, and most importantly, his HEART OF GOLD.
He was an avid skateboarder his entire life, he enjoyed his comic books, and watching comic based movies, and anything to do with the Godfather and Al Pacino.
Adam loved and valued his children and family above all other things, and it showed. He spent every spare moment with them. When he wasn't with them they were all he ever talked about and were always on his mind.
Adam will live on through his two beautiful children Jadyn Marie Van Nortwick, and Alex Lee Van Nortwick and the mother of his children and love of his life Misty Nicole Guthrie, his twin brother Kyle Joseph Van Nortwick, his older brother Mathew Jones, as well as his foster parents Susan and John Church, his foster brothers, John and Joe Church, and his niece Kenadi Nichole Van Nortwick. Additionally, Adam is survived by his aunt and uncle, Brenda and Lin Jones, and several loving cousins.
Adam' graveside service will take place at Green Hill Cemetery at 10:30 a.m., on March 17, 2018, and his memorial service will follow at Genesis Church at 12:00 p.m.
